CONSULTANT TO BOARD OF HEALTH

Perform soil evaluation and design septic systems in accordance with Title V    Regulations  Review septic system submittals and prepare comments for review and approval  Review EHIR submittals and other engineering reports for compliance with regulations

PERMITTING

Perform wetland delineation and Conservation Commission filing.  File applications for DEP permits.  Prepare reports and file applications for all other local approvals.

FUNDING ASSISTANCE

File applications for State Revolving Fund (SRF)  File applications for Rural Development (RD) grant/loan program

OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE

Evaluate water and wastewater systems operation for optimization and regulatory compliance.  Assist clients on regulartory issues and reporting requirements.  Prepare operation and maintenance manuals  Perform training and conduct start up services.
